Tables and SEO

    This may be a given for lots of you. But I just came across a note about how if you have tables and you have you navigation on the left table which is the first one. It can hurt your placement. I can understand why but of course the guy wants you to pay him $98 for his book to tell you how to fix it. Anybody willing to share that tip for free?

    Are you talking about a sidebar? I am a bit confused by the question.

    Assuming you are referring to the sidebar, this depends on the site. A lot of websites keep their sidebar to the right as the eyes naturally look to the left of the screen. So you would ideally want your main focus to be on the left and minor details/navigation to the right for this reason.
