Google is constantly making changes in their SERP results with this changes one question that comes to my mind, is Google trying to suppress organic results through his rich snippet and ads?
Is this true? I found a blog that made me think about this.

Yes... agreed Google is constantly making changes in their SERP day by day. I'm not sure What exactly Google want but yes this also a big fact, Google just want only organic results.

Google doesn't hate SEO. In fact, Google encourages webmasters (and website owners) to optimize their websites towards better user experience.

But of course if your website is to get the rankings it should have deserved, basic on-site SEO must be implemented properly. As long as your optimization efforts don't cross the lines (i.e. Google's rules), your website will be fine.
