I noticed somewhere low-quality sites with a lot of ads are taking my links and using them on their pages. I am not sure if this will cause my rankings to go down or not. Should I be worried about this?

You mean a scraper site? You really don't have to worry about those altering your rankings or traffic. The bigger ones tend to hit social media sites like Twitter and Instagram a lot more than blogs or shops.
