If a person visits an article on my site, is Google aware of actions they perform there?

For example, if they leave a comment, share the article, or answer a poll. Will Google see this as being a useful page or do they not know?

Google tracks everything as far as I am aware. I believe the only things that it can't track is the bots and crawlers actually running these tasks as they are not actual people performing them.

I think they are helpful in the sense that they allow Google to know what actions people are taking. Like if someone shares a post on social media, they are obviously finding it useful for something.
